Who We Are
We’re a family team that does property management and consulting for condo complexes and properties throughout Mammoth Lakes and the Eastern Sierra.
Our sibling team is made up of Elizabeth, Francisco, Oscar, Omar, and Guadalupe Hernandez. We’ve lived in Mammoth for more than 20 years, and we know all the ins and outs of living here and managing properties of all sizes.
By working with the Hernandez family, you’re reinvesting in the local Mammoth Lakes community.
We were formerly known as Preferred Property Management owned by Mike Rushing. We worked with Mike for many years and fully took over the business in 2019.
Our favorite thing about living in Mammoth: the peace of mind raising our kids here, and the way this small community comes together and helps each other out.
